It's Halloween time which means Halloween parties. FUN! And Halloween treats....YUMMY!
Halloween Treat Bags by Christina
We went to one such party yesterday -- a Halloween Costume Party -- with our playgroup, and each of us was asked to bring a Halloween treat. That treat definitely needed a home, and so these little treat bags came to fruition.
The bags are wedding favor bags found in my local Dollar Tree. Would you believe they had NO clear cello bags? Originally I'd planned on using cello bags and just making toppers. No such luck. They were still super simple -- cut a piece of pattern paper to size, wrap around the bag, ink, and add a little embellishment. All done.

"Little Frankenstein" by Christina
To create the background for this layout, I used a leftover sheet of cardstock that I'd use my cricut to cut circles out of for a Halloween banner I made earlier in the month. I backed the circles with the A and B sides of four papers, then trimmed a little off of the entire page and backed with black cardstock. This also helped to assure me that the pieces wouldn't be detaching and disappearing on me.
